My personal favorite is the ability to search a stream. This is an Instagram feature that lets you see posts from a location you set. This allows you to find people who are talking about your product or company and engage with them.
Once you have crafted your social media strategy you’ll want to have measurable results. You need analytics and Hootsuite can help. There is a tab on the sidebar called analytics. Click that and a new window will show up displaying “an executive level overview of commonly aggregated metrics”

That’s only the start. As you explore the analytic section on a deeper level the reports become more precise and specialized to a certain topic. This means that you now have measurable data you can bring to your boss.
